  • AI model: Trained on curated material; answers contextually.

Example: Customer asks: “Why does product A fail in heavy rain?”

Digital Anders: “Often due to missing the weather-sealed variant. Use version B.”

  2. Capture: Interviews + document ingestion.
  3. AI training: Adaptation and tuning.
